Navifreight is searching for experienced sales agents who are seeking a new commission-based freight sales opportunity promoting domestic truckload freight services to commercial customers.  As an independent agent (1099), you will operate as your own boss.  You will be earning as much as you’d like, representing Navifreight under our brokerage authority, soliciting freight services from your own personally built client list, arranging transportation with one of our contract carriers, and monitoring the freight to its final destination.

We provide all of the back office administrative support so that you can focus on selling and moving freight for your customers.  Agents that successfully develop regular sales with their accounts can readily generate a six-figure income.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, experienced, reliable, ambitious, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and professional networking
  • Expand prospect database within assigned territory
  • Experience with cold calling and building customer relationships
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest utilizing online tools, internet searches, and social media
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Capable of working independently to solve problems and set attainable goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence
  • Watch for available loads and find carriers from Navifreight’s network to haul them
  • Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
  • Professional follow-up and coordination between customers and carriers
Agents Receive:
